On July 29, 2025, a delegation from the LARA Group of Argentina visited Jinqiang Habitat Group for in-depth investigation and exchange. The delegation was composed of He Longfu, the chairman of the Argentine Center for Economic and Cultural Exchange with China, Alexander Roig, the secretary-general, Jonathan Mauricio Torlara, the chairman of Harmonic Capital, Matias Abinet, the president of LARA Group, Federico Manuel Nicocia, the general manager, Maximiliano Bucco, the chief financial officer, and several related architectural experts. Kong Sijun, the president of the Fuzhou Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, Hong Shan, the secretary-general, Hua Chongshui, the market manager of Fujian Cement Co., Ltd., Shen Weimin, the deputy general manager of Fuzhou University Design Institute, and Lin Shuishan, the business of Fujian Branch of China Export Credit Insurance Corporation， accompanied and received them.
The delegation conducted a site visit to the Jinqiang Human Settlement Industrial Park, and toured the Jinqiang Cultural Architecture Exhibition Hall, light steel villas, the production line of Jinqiang PC Division, and the display area of Green Building Research Modular Housing. They gained a deep understanding of Jinqiang's technological advantages and innovative achievements in green buildings and green houses.
Next, the delegation visited the Bonaide Steel Structure Industrial Park and conducted a detailed inspection of the Bonaide Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition Hall as well as the first and second production lines. Through on-site observation and detailed explanations, the delegation fully affirmed Bonaide's achievements in industrial production processes and digital manufacturing technologies.
Subsequently, the delegation visited Jinqiang Housing Park. Outside the square of Jinqiang Housing Park, the delegation visited projects such as the prefabricated building "Jinxiu Mansion" and the modular building "Micro-Space Cabin for Space Travel", as well as "Cultural Tourism 40". At the Jinqiang Green Housing Industrial Customization Exhibition Center, the delegation learned in detail about Jinqiang's practical achievements in green housing manufacturing, innovation in operation models, and market expansion. They particularly focused on Jinqiang's comprehensive integration capability from "a single board to a house" throughout the entire process.
After the field investigation, the two parties held a communication meeting. At the meeting, Wang Bin, the president of Jinqiang Habitat Group, introduced the strategic layout and development blueprint of the group. The design team closely combined with the special geographical environment and climate characteristics of Argentina, systematically expounded the innovative design plans for green houses in that region, and focused on presenting the application value and prospects of the integrated photovoltaic power generation technology solution, laying a technical foundation for the subsequent scheme deepening, clarifying the design direction and cooperation path.
The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as technological cooperation and market expansion, reached important consensus, and then held a signing ceremony. Golden Power Habitat Group signed the "Argentina 20,000 Housing Project Cooperation Agreement" with the Argentine LARA Group, and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for Special Cement Supply to Overseas Markets" with Fujian Cement Co., Ltd., marking that Golden Power's green houses have officially entered the South American market.
