Installation and application of fire partition board

Fireproof partition board is a kind of wall material that is favored and developed vigorously by countries all over the world. This is because lightweight fireproof partition board can integrate many advantages such as load-bearing, fireproof, moisture-proof, sound insulation, heat preservation, heat insulation, etc. One of the advantages of various wallboard products with different structures. In the past ten years, various GRC lightweight partition wall panels have been developed in the construction industry of western developed countries. Their use is not limited to the insulation of external walls of buildings, and more is used for insulation and sound insulation of internal partition walls. The proportion of composite external wall panels in France is 90% of all prefabricated external wall panels, 34% in the UK, and 40% in the United States. Even so, there are still many people who do not install such panels.

The installation of fire partition panels is very interesting. It is just like the building block house we played when we were young. There is a concave-convex groove on each block. You can design how to install it according to the different venues. There are 4 kinds of installation methods here:

1. Vertical installation of the whole board;

2. Vertical butt joint heightening;

3. Vertical splicing with horizontal board;

4. Horizontal installation of all overlapping seams.

Application of fire partition board

1. Board: Generally, it is recommended to use glass magnesium board with a thickness of 6mm or more as partition wall board.
2. Accessories: The plate with a thickness of more than 6mm is fixed on the frame keel, and the countersunk head screw of 3.5200mm should be used for fixing, the nail head is 0.5mm below the board surface to ensure a smooth surface.
3. Installation: When starting the installation, the exact position of the keel must be marked and marked. The distance between the center of the vertical keel is 450-600mm. Additional keels should be installed at the wall connection and on both sides of the doors and windows. If the wall height is greater than 2440mm, a supporting keel must be installed at the plate connection.
4. Board distance: The gap between adjacent boards is 4-6mm, and there must be a gap of 5mm between the board and the ground. The screw installation center distance is 150mm, 10mm from the edge of the board, and 30mm from the corner of the board.
5. Hanging: Hanging heavy objects such as bathrooms or kitchens must be reinforced with wooden boards or keels to avoid damage to the boards.
6. Joint treatment: When installing, there is a gap of 4-6mm between the board and the board, mix it with 107 glue or super glue, smear the board and the gap with a spatula, and then use paper tape or style tape to paste and flatten.
7. Paint decoration: spraying, brushing or rolling can be used, but you must refer to the relevant instructions of the paint when brushing.
8. Tile decorative surface: When installing in wet areas such as bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, basements, etc., the distance between the tiles on the board surface must be shortened to 400mm. There must be an expansion joint every three boards (about 3.6mm) of the wall.
