On July 17, 2025, a delegation from the China-UN Habitat Programme on Inclusive, Safe, Resilient and Sustainable Urban Construction visited Jinqiang Housing Park for a visit and exchange. This training program brought together senior experts and key officials from the fields of urban planning and architecture from over a dozen countries, including Cyprus, Malaysia, Egypt, Gambia, Congo, Kenya, Nigeria, Cuba, Chile, and Uruguay. Chen Yongfeng, the deputy director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Fuzhou City, and Weng Bin, the president of Jinqiang Habitat Group, accompanied and received them.

At the beginning of the event, the training group visited the Jinqiang Housing Park's outdoor square to inspect the projects such as the Prefabricated Building Jingshui Mansion, the Modular Building Micro-Space Capsule, and the Cultural Tourism 40 project. The training group highly praised Jinqiang's demonstrated advantages in rapid construction, environmental adaptability, and spatial flexibility in the field of prefabricated and modular buildings.

Subsequently, the training group moved to the indoor exhibition area. At Jinqiang's Green House Industrial Customization Exhibition Center, they gained a detailed understanding of Jinqiang's innovative exploration achievements in green house manufacturing, operation and market expansion. They particularly focused on Jinqiang's comprehensive integration capability from "a single board to a complete house".
